New iPhone to be coming as the iPhone Nano?

Just when you grabbed your new iPhone on verizon, it look's like Apple may be bringing a new smaller version of the iphone. Currently does not look like it will be an under powered version but the rumor does state that it will be available off contract at $200.00! This is great news for lovers of the iphone or people that wanted a smaller iphone but are on a budget. Also, Apple is looking to make their MobileMe service a free service per this post.
