GroupMe in agreement to be acquired by Skype!

Per GroupMe's Twitter account they announced the following "Exciting news! Today, we have entered into an agreement to be acquired by Skype". This is great news if it means it can grow this multi platform group messenger program. The only concern I have with this is that Skype, who recently was acquired by Microsoft, could just become a Windows Phone only program and kill the potential it has as a Blackberry messenger alternative for the likes of Blackberry, Windows Phone, Android and iOS. I personally use GroupMe and hope it can become a all in one group/video chat client and retain its multi platform nature. Here's to what may be a great app to be. Windows phone 7.....and why they are struggling!

OK let's just get this one out from the get go, Microsoft is making major mistakes with their new Os. They are not meeting their quota's or even expectations with Windows phone 7 and teaming with AT&T as the exclusive carrier just somes it all up.

Now let's get into their current issue with updates, but not their cut and paste update, just the update to allow updates. You might be saying "wtf"! Your not alone, I feel for all the Samsung owners, regardless of windows or android (but that's another post in itself).

Ok now we have many reasons why the update failed or why the phones were bricked but in any case Microsoft is not helping their case to become a accepted Os alongside Android and iOS. For more info on this hit the link for a full break down, enjoy.

Apple rumored to bring smaller, cheaper iPhone, but do they need to?

Spring is coming early per one little rodent so what is spring without some tech rumors? One major rumor is about Apple possibly bringing the well rumored iPhone Nano (possible code name) to carriers at a low unsubsidized price of $200, that means off contract for that don't know. There is a lot of talk and people are all willing to voice their desire for this or distaste for this, but do they need to bring this out?
