So let's set the scene, you get pulled over and the cop says- license, registration, and cell phone please! Say what!?
This device is meant to aid in finding a missing person or track the whereabouts on an individual, but it's also being used with traffic cops. If this concerns you hit the link for more, I live in michigan and will be researching more as well.
